How it works
You join through your organisation
You sign in or receive an invite from your org—this is a managed corporate tool, not a public consumer app.
You complete the activities you are given
Training, acknowledgements, and any simulations your org has turned on, completed in the product.
Your administrators see the reporting the product is set up to show
Leaders and program owners can review the metrics and records your configuration exposes—aligned with how you deploy the platform.
Trust
The service is Amazon Web Services (AWS), primarily in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region (ap-southeast-2). We use industry-standard protections in line with a cloud Software-as-a-Service product; see the Privacy page for a fuller (but still plain-language) view.
